Your role:

As an AI Product Engineer, you work at the intersection of engineering and our most important customers. You build AI-powered applications on top of LLMs, work directly with our largest enterprise clients to understand their needs and turn those needs into scalable, production-ready solutions on LEGALFLY. AI is not a bonus on top of your workflow, it is your workflow. You ship alongside senior engineers, legal and product specialists and you own outcomes that matter to our most strategic accounts. You will:

• Develop AI-powered applications built on top of robust Agentic Architecture.

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs.

• Work closely with legal and product specialists on AI-driven solutions.

• Partner directly with our largest and most strategic enterprise customers: understand their needs, work through the details and align on the right approach.

• Turn customer needs into scalable solutions: design and build robust, production-ready solutions on LEGALFLY that hold up at enterprise scale.

• Code the new way: use AI tooling and agents as your default development environment to move faster and ship more.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Have experience developing and deploying production-ready software.

• Have strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Have the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and you are comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers.

• Have professional or serious hands-on experience with modern web and backend stacks (React, Node.js, TypeScript).

• Code with AI by default: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or similar are already part of how you work, and you have strong opinions on what works and what does not.

• Are genuinely curious about AI: you experiment in your free time, you follow the field and you have built things on top of LLMs, agents or vector databases.

• Thrive in the atmosphere of a fast-growing scale-up and you are comfortable with ambiguity.

• Have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and you do not wait to be told what to do.

• Are fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
