Key Responsibilities:

• Own customer growth and retention: Lead the full customer lifecycle of smaller accounts, from onboarding, training to renewal, with a focus on identifying and executing expansion opportunities that drive ARR growth.

• Build the back office that scales customer success: Create and maintain workflows, custom agents and playbooks that reduce manual work for the wider CS team and help our operation run smoothly.

• Own the support pipeline: Take ownership of our Zendesk ticket queue, resolving customer questions quickly and escalating where needed, so our customers always feel looked after.

• Drive adoption: Help customers get the most out of the platform by guiding them through new features and use cases and by spotting where they need a nudge. 

• Be the voice of the customer: Capture recurring questions and feedback from tickets and accounts and share them with Product, Solutions and Marketing to help improve the platform.

• Learn the commercial side: Support renewals and spot early signs of expansion within your portfolio, building the skills to grow into a full Customer Success Manager role over time.
  

You might be a fit if you:

• Have a proven track record in Customer Success or eager to grow into a Customer Success role, with the drive to take on more responsibility over time.

• Are AI native and excited to work with a cutting-edge product.

• Are organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple customers and tickets without dropping the ball.

• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startups where you help shape the playbook, not just follow one.

• Are commercially minded, you understand business value, ROI, and how to influence buying decisions.

• Excel at building relationships and leading consultative discussions at executive level.

• Are process-oriented, data-driven, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Are fluent in Dutch and English.
