Key responsibilities:

• Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their workflow,  challenges, then demonstrate how LF’s platform can solve them in a practical, impactful way and make that value tangible and understandable.

• During client engagements you are curious and can ask insightful questions to validate how LEGALFLY can add value and showcasing our features and benefits.

• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders and make sure they have everything to accelerate their companies with AI.

• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to drive engagement and adoption. You understand problems and can figure out how to solve them!

• Serve as the voice of the customer and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and legal teams to ensure our platform aligns with client needs and continues to develop at the highest pace.

• Contribute to the refinement of our account acquisition, management strategies and processes, documenting best practices to scale effectively.
  

You might be a good fit if you:

• Are an entrepreneur by heart. You are hands-on. Ambiguous situations excite you. You learn fast and thrive to create value for our customers.

• Have 2-5 years of experience in

  1. A top-tier law firm.

  2. [optional] B2B Presales, GTM, CSM, a leading management consultancy or an outstanding academic or legal industry track record.

• Fluent written and spoken communication in Dutch, French and English

• Open to travel

• Are naturally curious, always seeking to learn and view every challenge as a growth opportunity

• Possess extreme grit and determination, allowing you to weather setbacks and persist towards your goals

• Always want to win and focus on outcome instead of process

• Are driven by excellence, striving for greatness in everything you do

• Embody humbleness, always ready to learn from others and unafraid to admit when you're wrong
