Join LegalFly as our Head of Product!

  • Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with LegalFly's business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Roadmap Management: Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and market analysis.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Feature Definition: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product features, functionalities, and user experiences.
  • Execution and Delivery: Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with sales, customer success, and support teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance product value and market competitiveness.
  • AI Product Experience: Utilize previous experience with AI products to incorporate innovative technologies and solutions into LegalFly's platform.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Education: Background from a top-tier university (e.g., Vlerick, Oxford, Stanford) with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI software industries, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Roadmap Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and align resources to achieve strategic goals.
  • AI Product Experience: Hands-on experience working with AI products, integrating AI technologies into product strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product offerings.
  • Language proficiency: English is your mother tongue and additional languages is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid technical understanding and ability to engage effectively with engineering teams to drive product development.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and decisions clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative product solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • MBA or Advanced Degree: Preferred but not required.
  • Certifications: Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legal tech, regulatory compliance, or related fields is a plus.
