Join LegalFly as our Product Manager!

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analytics and metrics to drive product decisions, measure performance, and validate product hypotheses.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and refine the Product Roadmap for LegalFly's products, leveraging machine learning and natural language processing capabilities to enhance user experiences and product capabilities.
  • Ethical AI Practices: Ensure that AI implementations adhere to ethical standards and regulatory compliance, promoting transparency and fairness in AI-driven features.
  • Scalability and Performance: Plan and oversee initiatives to optimize product scalability, performance, and reliability to support increasing user bases and transaction volumes.
  • Integration and Partnerships: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and integrations with third-party AI providers or platforms to enhance product functionality and market competitiveness.
  • User Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with customer success teams to develop effective user onboarding processes and training materials that maximise product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth, including pricing strategies and upsell opportunities.
  • Product Evangelism: Serve as a spokesperson for LegalFly's product offerings, presenting at conferences, webinars, and industry events to raise product awareness and attract potential customers and partners.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings, leading initiatives to innovate and differentiate LegalFly's AI product offerings in the marketplace.
  • Feedback Loop Management: Establish and manage processes for gathering, analysing, and incorporating user feedback into product development cycles to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Education: Background from a top-tier university (e.g., Vlerick, Oxford, Stanford) with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI software industries, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Roadmap Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and align resources to achieve strategic goals.
  • AI Product Experience: Hands-on experience working with AI products, integrating AI technologies into product strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product offerings.
  • Language proficiency: English is your mother tongue and additional languages are a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid technical understanding and ability to engage effectively with engineering teams to drive product development.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and decisions clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative product solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • MBA or Advanced Degree: Preferred but not required.
  • Certifications: Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legal tech, regulatory compliance, or related fields is a plus.
