Key responsibilities:
As our Sales Development Representative in Belgium, you'll help us expand our footprint across
the Belgian market and beyond. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and the marketing
team to fuel our pipeline and turn curiosity into qualified opportunity.
Outbound prospecting – Identify high-potential legal and enterprise accounts across
Belgium and neighbouring regions and drive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.Lead qualification & nurturing – Initiate intelligent conversations and guide potential
clients through the first stages of the funnel.Pipeline development – Book and manage discovery calls for our Account Executives
and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
Regional insight – Monitor trends and insights in the local legal sector to inform our
GTM strategy.Cross-functional collaboration – Work with marketing, product and sales to provide
field-level insights and help iterate GTM campaigns.
Job requirements
You might be a good fit if you:
Are a fluent Dutch and English speaker (written and spoken), French is a plus.
Are based in Belgium with flexibility to come to our Ghent HQ.
Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales or business
developmentHave experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments in
tech / SaaS, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.Have hands-on experience with sales enablement tools like Hubspot and Salesforce and
email automation platforms.Have a proven ability in cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification.
Are hungry to develop your career at LEGALFLY, for example, into a Sales or Marketing
roleAre smart, inquisitive and possess strong emotional intelligence.
Your direct manager and team
You will join the Sales Development team led by our Head of Marketing, Gabby MacSweeney,
alongside 4 other SDRs. The team works from either our HQ in Ghent (Belgium) or our office in
London.
