Based in Ghent, you’ll be LEGALFLY’s sales executive responsible for building and growing our
presence in Belgium, our home market and most mature client base, where legal innovation is
accelerating rapidly.

Job requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Generating revenue. With ambitious but realistic revenue goals, you’ll be playing a key
    part in our growth, repeatedly closing mid to large enterprise opportunities.

  • Opening doors. You’ll take a structured, data-driven approach to prospecting, building a
    pipeline across key Belgian customer segments (including law firms, legal departments,
    and enterprises).

  • Communicating like an expert. You’ll educate clients on the transformative power of AI
    in legal workflows. Your clients will view you as a trusted advisor on how to integrate AI
    into their teams and processes.

  • Taking extreme ownership. We are scaling fast. You’ll identify and solve inefficiencies
    proactively, contributing directly to the future of our sales engine.

    You might be a fit if you are:

  • A top-performing AE with 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (French is a plus).

  • Based in Belgium and excited to work from our head office in Ghent several days a
    week (hybrid setup).

  • A strong relationship builder with a client-first mentality.

  • Flexible and adaptive, with a track record of improving sales systems, processes, or
    messaging.

  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and highly resourceful.

  • A team player with a “we-all-win-together” mindset.

  • A student of sales: hungry to learn, grow, and raise the bar for what excellence looks
    like.
